Who we are?

-We are Mongolian established in 2002 mainly specialized in car rental and Internet business. For over the past 2 years we have been heavily investing in organizing a quality trips designed for comfortable leisure travel and for serious off-roaders. We can guarantee you that you see lot’s of different things and meet wonderful people on the steppes of Mongolia.  

How to book with us?

To book either tour or vehicle with us please contact us early as possible at your convenience since tourist season in Mongolian is relatively short only from June to mid October.

To book with us we would require 40% deposit of the trip or vehicle rental at the time of booking and remaining 60% upon delivery of vehicle or commenced trip. Please note there will be a deposit of $1500 or credit card contract for possible damage on the vehicle for self drive options.

How the road conditions look like?  

-About 90% of roads in Mongolia are hard surfaced natural dirt roads which makes ultimate location to drive 4WD. In most of the places it’s flat hard surface can be bit wet after a few days of rain.  

Do I need to be a skillful driver in order to book a self driving trip?  

No, you don’t need to be a skillful driver if you aren’t confident’ we can provide you with experienced driver who can give you an off road driving lessons.  

What is the weather like and when would be good to travel to Mongolia?

- As we mostly travel on our trips through out all the summer season the early June and September is nice for Gobi exploratory trips and middle July and August is nice for Khubsgul trips because of cool air in higher altitude.  

What should I bring with me?  

- We will provide you with most of camping gears matt’s, tent’s so all you need is to bring your camera, binoculars, travel book’s and personal items.  

How difficult would be travel for people over 40 years old?  

- The trips we designed are planned carefully to make less daily driving and more time for sight seeing. In most of the trips we will provide with comfortable Toyota Land Cruisers and also we will be spending most of the time in tourist ger camps (traditional Mongolian tent) and only few days in tent at most scenic places or at the places where no tourist ger camps around but to remind you Mongolian is vast country with very low population so don’t expect roads to be like highways and restrooms in every corner.  Sometimes you will need to go to trees and adjust to the environment.  

How does your trip compare with others?

- As we work hard to provide a quality service our mechanics worked hours to modify Soviet military 4 WD GAZ-66 truck into a luxury mobile support truck with it’s own kitchen, outside shower system, expandable tents ,power generator and many other features and also our trips will run on comfortable Toyota Land Cruisers.  

Can you arrange a custom trip for us?  

- Yes, we would proudly say we can work out time and detail according to your places of interest, time schedule and budget. Just send us an e-mail and we would be happy to send you a quote.  

Are there any hidden cost?  

- No hidden cost’s except some tips for the support stuff if you think they deserve it and also the food and overweight fee at the domestic flight will be on your own.  

What happens if there are major damage or accident?  

- All our cars have insurance so please bring your health insurance from your home country.  

What happens if our vehicle breaks down?  

- As we usually carry necessary spare parts will try to fix it and if that’ not possible we will call to our office to send another vehicle to arrive within 24 hour.
