In order to secure a vehicle for you. Please send us an inquiry and we will look up your dates if vehicle is available or not. We will get back to you with option of what self drive vehicles we can provide with rates. If you wish to secure the vehicle in 50% payment in advance of total rental dates needs to be paid. The remaining fee can be paid by VISA card only or cash when you receive a vehicle in Ulaanbaatar. 

Insurance

All vehicles have both vehicle and third party liability insurance. However tires and few other things not insured by insurance companies therefore we require $1000USD refundable damage deposit to make drivers to drive responsibly and also this would cover for blown up tires or some damages caused by negligent driving. Liability insurance is covered up to 10.000 USD damage and you can increase this limit if you wish by contacting us while during the booking.

Deposit

1,000 USD refundable damage deposit shall be paid via cash at our office upon receiving vehicle in Ulaanbaatar. 

Equipment

The following equipment will be on board of the vehicle as a standard. 

-Two spare tires

-Tool kit with necessary spare parts

-Camping kit which will be tent, sleeping bags, mattress, camping table, and camping chairs up to 4 pax

-Cooking gears, gas stove, pots and pans, forks and knives and cutlery

Break down 

In case of break down due to wear and shear as a common break down we will try to fix or repair the vehicle as soon as possible if the vehicle is not fixable we will send out another vehicle from our fleet.
